With over 50 species, 20 of which are rare or endangered, Oglebay Good Zoo offers fun and educational activities for
all ages. Explore the African Adventure and Wonders of the Wetlands exhibits, or observe popular animals including red pandas, two-toed sloths, cheetahs and more! Hop a ride on the zoo train which takes visitors on a journey across the 30-acre zoo. Don’t miss the iconic red barn filled with friendly domestic animals including llamas, goats and donkeys. is fun for everyone. Community events including Saturday science demonstrations at 1 p.m. and Moon River StarWatches on fourth Saturdays at the waterfront from 8-10 p.m. are led
by the staff of the SMART Center, a hands-on science
and math outreach and member of the Association of Science and
Technology Centers.
