The Wheeling Arts Festival returns! For the first time in 5 years, we’re happy to announce that the Wheeling Arts Festival is coming to the West Virginia Northern Community College campus at 1704 Market St on Saturday, August 5th, 2023!

Come on out from 11am – 9pm and enjoy ALL LOCAL musicians and bands on two stages, artisan vendors, food trucks, beer, wine, and more!

Entry is FREE to the public and this event is family friendly! Artwork by Morgan Wiedebusch!
