Hi, I’m Joe, and I’d like to teach you about the art of meditation. In the first half of this workshop I will explain how you can use directed attention like an exercise to train your awareness and focus. Then, I will tell you how I use these various exercises and philosophies to calm down, de-stress, reenergize, have a richer experience of pleasure and a gentler experience of pain, and even alter personality traits!

With calm clear minds I will then throw to Alec who will guide us through some writing exercises and we will Find Our PSAs.
