Join us at the Kitchen, along with Elizabeth Riffle from Riffle Farms, for a six course specialty tasting menu with each course featuring bison!
Riffle Farms, a veteran owned business, will be providing the bison that Chef Matt will be preparing, and Elizabeth will bring a hide and skull to the luncheon and give a brief educational presentation to talk about bison farming.
