One Day Only
November 18, 2022
For part two of the artist showcase series, Clientele is shining a light on local artist Amanda Carney.

Amanda Carney is a Wheeling native with a love of the weird. She has been involved in making art small enough to fit in a wallet and large enough to fill a gymnasium. After receiving her degree at West Liberty University, Amanda took over the family framing business Cat’s Paw Art Studio and has been running it since 2017. In addition to framing, she experiments with art at her studio using gouache paints and other mediums. Recently, Amanda has returned to her childhood medium Kid Pix Studio Deluxe, the 1998 digital children’s art making program from Broderbund Software.
Check out the grand opening of “Sad Girls” by Amanda Carney on Friday November 18th at 7pm. Amanda will be doing a live Kid Pix drawing during the opening, don’t miss it!
